How to Win the Bad Beat Jackpot

Players at Stake.com Poker must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot:

The hand must go to showdown.
Both the winner and loser must use two hole cards to form a qualifying hand.
Four-of-a-kind hands must include a pocket pair in the hole cards.
There must be at least four players dealt in.
If the board is run multiple times, only the first board qualifies.

Any player dealt into a jackpot-triggering hand must remain at the table until the hand ends to be eligible.

Poker Offer Payouts

Jackpot funds are distributed across blind levels, with payouts divided between the Bad Beat Winner, the Bad Beat Opponent, and all other players at the table.

Prizes are awarded in the following distributions.

Bad Beat Winner (Pot Loser) – 8%

Other Players (Split Equally) – 3%
